This big Midtown brewery with a minimalist space distinguishes itself from the brew house competition by serving Thai food as opposed to simple pub grub. The food is good enough to not be overshadowed by the tasty house brews, but a meal here is not cheap. The menu includes wok-sautéed chicken and seasonal Thai vegetables in coconut milk. Because of its busy location, Typhoon is a popular, overcrowded spot after work, but it is pleasantly quiet on Saturdays.
