In operation since 1964, this German restaurant is named for the father and son team that runs the place. It is a simple spot with plain dishes, drawing patrons mostly from the nearby neighborhoods of Queens. However, it is very popular at Oktoberfest time due to the good selection of German beers on tap. Sausages, potatoes and headcheese are available here. Also in demand are Dinkelacker, Pauliner and other imported beers.
