This chic bar and grill; in the middle of the Garment Center business district of Midtown—serves as an oasis for office workers, particularly those in the fashion industry. The interior is spacious, decorated in a modern style with wood panels. They serve burgers, pizza, chicken sandwiches and shrimp cocktail. Windfall gets especially crowded after work during the week, but it is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Beware the smoke at the bar.
