Yujin means 'free spirited traveler' in Japanese and this restaurant run by Chef Eiji Takase is a mirror of his travels from Kyushu Island to Tokyo and then finally to New York. The décor is swanky and chic and boasts of a ceiling made out of 29,500 chopsticks! Takase's menu, which feautures traditional Japanese food with a touch of American flair, is as famous as the unique ceiling. A must try would be the six-course Omakase, which is the Chef's tasting menu. Otherwise order a la carte - dishes, such as Black Sea Bass Sugita Yaki and Pan Roasted Organic Chicken are available.
