An abandoned factory in the Garment District has been converted into a magnificent performance space. With seats made out of old car seats, this theater is high on originality and seats about 200 people. It has staged productions like 'Under The Bridge', which is a musical by Kathie Lee Gifford. The in-house bar is quite an attraction too.
